摘要
血流导向装置(FD)为颅内动脉瘤的治疗带来了革命性的改变,其致密的网丝不仅有利于支架表面的内皮化,亦可实现闭塞动脉瘤。内皮化是指内皮细胞发育的过程,近年来FD置入治疗颅内动脉瘤的内皮化机制研究受到关注,该文基于相关动物研究从FD置入后内皮化的发展过程、时间节点、细胞来源及影响因素方面进行综述和展望,以期为其临床应用提供指导。
Flow diverters(FD)have revolutionized the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.The dense device struts facilitate the endothelialization on the stent surface and lead to occlusion of the aneurysm.Endothelialization refers to the process of endothelial cells on the surface of the FD.The role of endothelialization in the treatment mechanism of FD has been confirmed by numerous animal studies in recent years.Therefore,by reviewing and prospecting the endothelialization after FD implantation based on relevant animal studies through the development process,time nodes,cell source,and influencing factors,this review can hopefully provide recommendations for the clinical practice.
