论新时代党中央治国理政的发展逻辑、内涵特征与价值意蕴

ON THE DEVELOPMENT LOGIC,CONNOTATION CHARACTERISTICS AND VALUE IMPLICAYION OF THE CPC CENTRAL COMMITTEE’S GOVERNANCE IN THE NEW ERA

治国理政是以习近平同志为核心的党中央施政履职的实践标志和时代烙印。新时代党中央治国理政的兴起有其特有理论与实践缘起:以回应时代诉求、紧扣时代主题、牢记历史使命为发展逻辑的治国理政唱响民族复兴的最强音;以强调更强有力的党的领导、更清晰的主体关系、更前瞻性的顶层制度设计为内涵特征的治国理政持续推进建设社会主义现代化强国的伟大工程;富含理论价值、实践价值与历史价值相统一的新时代治国理政的价值意蕴,就是要在新时代历史方位中坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,构建有中国特色的国家治理结构。

Since the 20th National Congress of the CPC,the governance of China has been the practice mark and stamps of the times.The development of governance of China has its unique origin of theory and practice,under this circumstance,if we capture the historical position,theme of the times and historical mission of the new era,we would grasp the development logic of governance of China.The connotation of governance of China in new era emphasizes stronger party leadership,clearer relationship of each subjects and a more forward-looking top-level system design.The values of governance of China in new era are the unification of the theory value,practice value and historical value.That is to say,we need to strive to construct a set of more mature system,adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,and on the basis of the past achievement to build state governance structure with Chinese characteristics.
