Market mechanisms play a decisive role in resource allocation.This law applies to any ownership enterprises in a market economy,but socialist state-owned enterprises have a unique political positioning that other ownership enterprises do not have.By tracing back to the origin of Marxist state-owned economy theory,and deeply analyzing the historical context of the political positioning of socialist state-owned enterprises,this article concludes that the state-owned enterprises of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era are an important power to ensure the political direction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics,a rich material foundation to achieve socialist fairness and justice,and an important carrier to develop the whole-process people’s democracy.It is a historical necessity to improve and develop the Socialism with Chinese characteristics system in the new era.
