河南省地方高校硕士授予单位立项建设的路径与策略——以南阳理工学院为例

PATHS AND STRATEGIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MASTER’S DEGREEGRANTING UNITS IN LOCAL UNIVERSITIES IN HENAN PROVINCE——TAKING NANYANG INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AS AN EXAMPLE

河南省立足国家和河南省经济发展需要,优化学科整体布局,加强对学科发展和学位点调控,开展硕士学位授予单位立项建设。因关系到地方高校的发展和声誉,河南省地方高校争相申报硕士学位授予立项建设单位。地方高校在硕士学位授予单位立项建设中,面临激烈的竞争、高层次人才的引进和培育、高水平的科研成果及学科方向凝练等方面的挑战。南阳理工学院在达成全校高度共识、凝练学科定位、汇聚学术队伍、改革体制机制激发活力、提高科研水平、推进成果转化、提高人才培养质量等方面进行了一系列探索。

Henan Province,based on the needs of the economic development of the country and Henan Province,optimizes the overall layout of disciplines and strengthens the control of discipline development and degree points.Simultaneously,the units authorized to grant master’s degree are carried out.The units authorized to grant master’s degree project construction is carried out by the units authorized to grant master’s degree in Henan Province because it is related to the development and reputation of local universities.In the units authorized to grant master’s degree project construction,local universities are faced with the challenges of fierce competition,introduction and cultivation of high-level talents,high-level scientific research achievements and condensation of discipline direction.Nanyang Institute of Technology has carried out a series of explorations in reaching a high degree of consensus of the whole university,condensing the orientation of disciplines,gathering academic teams,reforming the system and mechanism to stimulate vitality,improving the level of scientific research,promoting the transformation of achievements,and improving the quality of talent cultivation,and so on.
