摘要
目的调查河北省某高校临床医学本科一年级至五年级学生焦虑、抑郁现状,并对焦虑、抑郁的影响因素进行分析,探讨相应对策,推动大学生健康成长。方法以社会人口学调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)作为调查问卷,对河北省某高校750名临床医学本科生进行问卷调查。结果被调查的大学生中,焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均高于全国常模(P<0.05),其中家庭贫困、学习压力、就业压力是焦虑、抑郁的危险性因素,恋爱状态和人际关系是焦虑、抑郁的保护性因素。结论针对临床医学专业本科生焦虑、抑郁的主要影响因素,从学校、家庭、社会层面探讨解决医学生焦虑、抑郁情绪的有效措施,培养全面发展的复合型临床医学专业本科人才。
Objective To investigate the current situation of anxiety and depression among clinical medicine undergraduates including freshmen,sophomore,junior,senior and the fifth year students in a certain university in Hebei Province,and analyze the influencing factors of anxiety and depression as well as corresponding strategies,in order to promote the healthy growth of college students.Methods A survey was conducted on 750 clinical medical undergraduate by using sociodemographic questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)as survey questionnaires.Results The scores of SAS and SDS were higher than the national norm(P<0.05).Poverty,learning pressure and employment pressure were the risk factors of anxiety and depression.Love state and interpersonal relationship were the protective factors.Conclusion For the main influencing factors of anxiety and depression among undergraduate majoring in clinical medicine,this study explored effective measures to address anxiety and depression among medical students from the perspectives of school,family and society,so as to cultivate comprehensive and versatile undergraduate talents in clinical medicine.
