正典与世俗之间:《串雅》医疗知识空间的构筑

Between Canon and Folk Medicine:Construction of Medical Knowledge Space in Chuan Ya

《串雅》往往被认为是一部反映清代江南地区走方医特点的方书,但通过对《串雅》内、外编8卷内容的史料溯源发现,其文本主要直接抄录自《本草纲目》《石室秘录》《万氏家抄济世良方》等多部医学典籍。其编纂者赵学敏将民间走方医学体系与既有经典文本“嫁接”,对走方医的具体医疗知识进行了优化与改造,构筑了一个介于正典与世俗之间,士人、医者与大众共享的医疗知识空间。

Chuan Ya(《串雅》Quackery To Academy)is generally regarded as a medical formulary that reflects the characteristics of itinerant empirics in the Jiangnan region(south to the Yangtze River)of the Qing Dynasty.But through tracing the origin of the historical materials in its eight volumes from inner and outer parts,it is found that the texts in this book are mainly excerpted from medical documents such as Ben Cao Gang Mu(《本草纲目》Compendium of Materia Medica),Shi Shi Mi Lu(《石室秘录》Secret Records of Stone Chamber),and Wan Shi Jia Chao Ji Shi Liang Fang(《万氏家抄济世良方》Manuscripts of Wan Family’s Benevolent Recipes).ZHAO Xuemin,the compiler of the book,“grafted”the existing canonical texts to the folk medicine system.He optimized and remolded the medical knowledge of the itinerant empirics,constructing a space between canon and folk medicine shared by literati,doctors and the folks.
