液滴在运动超疏水表面回弹特性的研究

摘要 目的:研究了液滴在运动的超疏水表面的回弹特性。方法:使用高速相机搭建实验台以完整捕捉液滴撞击运动超疏水表面的形变。结果:液滴撞击运动超疏水表面呈现非对称扩散,发现表面运动速度越快,接触时间越小,收缩速度的增加来源于液膜厚度的减小和铺展的不对称性。结论:根据切向速度和冲击速度得出最大铺展直径的经验公式,以及速度恢复系数与表面速度的关系。研究结果揭示了液滴撞击运动超疏水表面的回弹规律,有助于理解液滴在超疏水表面上的行为特性。 Aims:This paper aims to study the rebound properties of droplets on a moving super-hydrophobic surface.Methods:A high-speed camera was used to build an experimental rig to fully capture the deformation of a droplet impacting the moving super-hydrophobic surface.Results:Droplet impact moving super-hydrophobic surfaces showed an asymmetric spread.As the surface moved faster,the contact time was reduced;and the retraction rate increase was due to the reduction in liquid film thickness and the asymmetry of the spread.Conclusions:Empirical equations for the maximum diffusion diameter were derived from the tangential and impact velocities.The velocity recovery coefficient and the surface velocity relationship were also derived.The results reveal the rebound law of droplets impacting super-hydrophobic surfaces,which helps to understand the behavior characteristics of droplets on super-hydrophobic surfaces.
