摘要
目的:为了无损检测体内葡萄糖的摩尔浓度,开发了一种汗液中葡萄糖的SERS快检方法。方法:基于葡萄糖和葡萄糖氧化酶之间的酶化反应产生H 2O 2可以刻蚀修饰有信号分子4-MBA的银立方体,以观测4-MBA的SERS信号来间接检测葡萄糖的摩尔浓度。结果:葡萄糖水溶液的检测限为0.1 mmol/L,并在优化的条件下得到汗液稀释4倍时是最佳的前处理方式,且得到汗液中的葡萄糖检测限为0.5 mmol/L。结论:整个SERS检测时间可在7 min左右完成,为无损且快速检测糖尿病患者体内的葡萄糖含量提供了一种新的方法。
Aims:This paper aims to study the non-destructive test of the concentration of glucose in sweat by SERS.Methods:Based on the enzymatic reaction between glucose and glucose oxidase to produce H 2O 2,the Ag cube particles with the signal molecule 4-MBA can be etched;and the SERS signal of 4-MBA can be observed to indirectly detect the molar concentration of glucose.Results:The LOD of glucose in aqueous solution was 0.1 mmol/L.The optimal pretreatment was obtained when sweat was diluted 4-fold under optimized conditions;and the LOD of glucose in sweat was 0.5 mmol/L.Conclusions:The entire SERS detection time can be completed in about 7 min,which provides a new method for the non-destructive and rapid detection of glucose levels in diabetics.
