摘要
精量播种是玉米大豆间作的关键环节,排种器作为播种机的关键部件,其性能直接影响着播种质量。以实现机具结构轻量化为目标,以勺轮式排种器为研究对象,以排种轴转速为试验因素,以排种量和排种均匀性为试验指标,在JPS-12排种性能试验台上进行了单因素性能试验。试验结果表明,使用勺轮式排种器作业,当机具前进速度为2.4km/h、排种轴转速为14r/min和18r/min时,排种量可分别满足玉米、大豆播种要求,且排种性能符合国家标准。
Precision sowing is a key link in maize soybean intercropping,and the performance of the seeder,as a key component of the seeder,directly affects the sowing quality.A single-factor performance test was conducted on the JPS-12 seed metering performance test bench with the lightweight of the machine structure as the goal,the spoon wheel type seed metering device as the research object,the speed of the metering shaft as the experimental factor,and the metering amount and uniformity as the experimental indicators.The experimental results show that when using the medium grain metering spoon wheel for operation,when the forward speed of the machine is 2.4km/h,and the speed of the metering shaft is 14r/min and 18r/min,the metering device can meet the requirements for corn and soybean metering,respectively,and the metering performance meets national standards.
