马铃薯收获机应用现状与应用要点研究

我国是马铃薯种植大国,受土壤情况、气候条件、种植模式等因素的影响,马铃薯收获机应用和发展较为缓慢。针对现阶段马铃薯收获机应用过程中存在的问题,把握好机具类型选择、作业参数设置、机具维修保养过程中的要点,可有效提高机械化收获的净薯率,降低破损率,提升作业效率,保证产品品质。

China is a large potato-growing country.The application and development of potato harvester in China is slow due to the influence of soil conditions,climatic conditions,and planting patterns.In view of the problems existing in the application process of potato harvesters at present,this paper carries out the research.Machine type selection,operation parameter setting,and machine maintenance are the focus of mechanization harvest.In this paper,the net rate and breakage rate of mechanized harvest can be reduced,the working efficiency can be improved,and the quality of the potato can be guaranteed.
