With the continuous improvement of the level of electrical information engineering in China,the application range of programmable logic controllers(PLC)in industrial production is becoming wider and wider.The electrical system is the foundation for ensuring the normal operation of the PLC.By analyzing the causes of common faults in the PLC electrical system,this paper summarizes the troubleshooting methods and summarizes the precautions during the maintenance process,to provide some reference for relevant practitioners.
