轧件激励诱发CSP轧机振动问题研究

摘要 为研究紧凑式带钢生产(compact strip production,CSP)线轧机在轧制热轧钢板(steel plate heat commercial,SPHC)钢种时出现的强烈振动行为,利用在线监测系统对轧机进行工业现场试验研究,获得轧机在轧件厚度波动、咬钢冲击及压靠等工况下的信号特征,工业现场试验证实轧件对轧机动力学特性具有重要影响。通过建立轧件厚度波动影响下的轧制力数学模型获得轧制力波动特性,依据工况参数,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对轧机进行轧制过程仿真研究,求解获得轧制力波动特征,数值计算结果与轧制力模型理论分析结论相一致,在此基础上进一步探讨了由轧件厚度波动产生轧制力波动并激发轧机振动的机制。依据轧制速度与厚度耦合特性,在工业现场实施抑振试验,结果显示通过优化轧制工艺设定使得轧机振动频率分散、振幅大幅降低。该研究方法和结论可为同类振动问题提供参考。 In order to study the strong“beat vibration”behavior of a compact strip production(CSP)rolling mill while rolling steel plate heat commercial(SPHC)steel,industrial field experimental research on the rolling mill was carried on by using the monitoring instrument,and the signal characteristics of the rolling mill were obtained under the working conditions of rolling piece thickness periodic excitation,steel biting impact,and rolling without strip.Experimental analysis shows that the rolling piece has an important influence on the dynamic characteristics of the rolling mill.The harmonicity of rolling force was obtained by establishing a mathematical model of rolling force under the influence of rolling thickness fluctuations.According to the field parameters,the Ansys/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the rolling process of the rolling mill to obtain the rolling force fluctuation curve and spectrum.Simulation conclusions are consistent with the theoretical study of mathematical models.On this basis,the mechanism that the generating rolling force harmonics and stimulating rolling mill vibrations by fluctuations thickness was analyzed.According to the coupling relationship between the thickness and speed of the rolling piece,vibration suppression experiments were carried out on the industrial site.Results show that the vibration frequency of the rolling mill is dispersed and the amplitude is greatly reduced by optimizing the speed of the rolling process.The research methods and conclusions provide a reference for similar vibration problems.
