Analysis of Constant Temperature Control of Gas Water Heater

本文对燃气热水器的结构及恒温原理做了概述,理论性分析了换热平衡及产生温度波动的原因,如热输出需求变化引起的换热平衡能量变化,以及换热器热惯性在热输出需求变化中产生的影响,特别分析了用水中途温度波动产生的机理。对比分析了现有几种典型的恒温技术方案,结合测试数据验证,给解决温度波动问题提供了技术参考,同时对燃气热水器恒温技术发展方向有指导意义。

This paper summarizes the structure and the principle of constant temperature of gas water heater,and theoretically analyzes the heat exchange balance and the causes of temperature fluctuation,such as the change of heat exchange balance energy caused by the change of heat output demand,the effect of thermal inertia of heat exchanger on the variation of heat output demand is discussed.Several typical thermostatic technical schemes are compared and analyzed,which provide a technical reference for solving the problem of temperature fluctuation combined with test data verification.
