摘要
集成灶门封性能是用户体验的一种直观感受,当出现该问题时很容易让用户产生抱怨或投诉。为研究门封性能的影响因素,本文重点研究了门封性能的组成部分、门封性能的基本原理与影响分析,并通过模拟分析角度与力值的关系和实际装配验证分析在蒸功能模式下腔体温度达到100℃时门组件密封位置是否漏蒸汽或漏水的对比情况,有效解决门封性能的问题。
The performance of integrated stove door seals is an intuitive experience for users,and when this issue occurs,it is easy for users to complain or complain.To study the influencing factors of door seal performance,this article focuses on the components of door seal performance,the basic principles and impact analysis of door seal performance.Through simulation analysis of the relationship between angle and force value,and actual assembly verification analysis,the comparison of whether the sealing position of the door component leaks steam or water when the chamber temperature reaches 10o C in the steam function mode is analyzed,effectively solving the problem of difficult door seal performance.
