摘要
本文介绍了自由卫星喷臂设计中主喷臂的两种运动方式及形成原因;在主喷臂接近匀速转动情况下,分析了主副喷臂旋转方向、转速比及多臂形态副喷臂对洗涤喷孔运动轨迹的影响。为了充分发挥卫星喷臂轨迹优势,避免某些特定转速比下形成稀疏轨迹,分别给出了对应不同旋转方向和多臂形态的推荐转速比范围,对自由旋转卫星喷臂设计具有一定参考意义。
This paper introduced two motion modes of the main spray arm in the design of free satellite spray system and the formation reasons.Under the condition of the main spray arm rotating at a nearly uniform speed,the influences of the rotation direction,rotational speed ratio and multi-arm configuration on the nozzle's trajectory were analyzed.In order to give full play to the trajectory advantages of the satellite spray arm and avoid the formation of sparse motion tracks under certain speed ratios,the recommended speed ratio ranges under different conditions were given respectively.It provided reference for the design of free satellite spray arm system.
