摘要
热交换器是燃气热水器的核心部件之一,然而由于个别区域水质偏硬的问题,加之热交换器在长时间使用后,换热直管内侧容易生成水垢。本文根据水垢生成的机理,对热交换器生成水垢的原因进行分析,并通过仿真分析和实验对比不同的热交换器换热结构,对水垢产生的影响,提出一种可以减少水垢生成的热交换器设计方案。本文的研究结果为热交换器的优化设计提供了新思路和技术支持,使之能够更加可靠、高效地运行。
Heat exchanger is one of the core components of gas water heaters.However,due to the problem of hard water quality in certain areas,and the fact that the heat exchanger is prone to scale formation on the inner side of the heat exchange straight pipe after long-term use,this article analyzes the reasons for scale formation in the heat exchanger based on the mechanism of scale formation,and compares the impact of different heat exchanger heat transfer structures on scale formation through simulation analysis and experiments,a design scheme for heat exchangers that can reduce the generation of scale is proposed.The research results of this article provide new ideas and technical support for the optimization design of heat exchangers,enabling them to operate more reliably and efficiently.
