摘要
本文针对嵌入式蒸烤箱,跌落测试爆瓷的问题点,提出了新的解决方案。首先采用模拟仿真手段,找到嵌入式蒸烤箱内胆腔体跌落爆瓷的原因,然后提出整改措施,调整仿真相关参数和约束,得出最佳仿真结果和整改方向,根据整改方向对嵌入式蒸烤箱内胆腔体的支撑结构,做进一步有针对性的加强,重新组装样机做实际的跌落测试验证,确保嵌入式蒸烤箱在运输的过程中,在一定的高度跌落,搪瓷件不会出现爆瓷的现象。
This article in view of the embedded steam oven,the drop test burst porcelain question spot,propsed the new solution.Firstly,a simulation method is adopted to find out the reason why the liner cavity of the embedded steam oven falls and explodes porcelain,then rectification measures are put forward,simulation related parameters and constraints are adjusted,the best simulation result and rectification direction are obtained,the supporting structure of the liner cavity of the embedded steam oven is further strengthened pertinently according to the rectification direction,and a prototype is reassembled for actual drop test verification.Ensure that the embedded steam oven falls at a certain height in the process of transportation,and the enamel parts will not burst.
