摘要
文章基于某洗衣机用卡箍弹簧,在生产线将卡箍弹簧装配到洗衣机桶口时,出现断裂现象,断裂位置都为同一位置,批次无一定规律,随机性较大,断裂机率接近3%;通过宏、微观、金相组织分析、材料成分分析、力学性能等多方面分析验证,分析发现造成断裂的主要原因为:卡箍与弹簧在装配过程中存在缺口,最终在缺口效应下导致弹簧断裂,文章通过对缺口断面特征、断裂模式的研究,进一步论证了缺口对机械零件的影响,同时也对金属材料断裂分析提供了一定指导性意义。
Based on a clamp spring for a washing machine,when the clamp spring is assembled to the mouth of the washing machine barrel in the production line,the phenomenon of fracture occurs,the fracture position is the same position,the batch has no certain regularity,the randomness is large,and the probability of breaking is close to 3%;Through macro,micro,metallographic structure analysis,material composition analysis,mechanical properties and other aspects of analysis and verification,the analysis found that the main cause of fracture is:clamp and spring in the assembly process there is a gap,and finally under the notch effect caused by the spring breakage,this paper through the study of notch section characteristics,fracture mode,further demonstrate the impact of the gap on mechanical parts,but also provide a certain guiding significance for the fracture analysis of metal materials.
