摘要
本文主要介绍了微波传感器的发展历程以及在不同领域的相关应用,我国对传感器行业的支持以及面临的一些问题,目前检测行业现状以及建立检测评价体系的方法。微波传感器是智能传感器的一种,具备自动状态感知、信息分析处理和实时通信交换的一种新型传感器,能够以数字量的方式传播具有一定知识级别的信息;具有自我诊断、自我校正、自我补偿等一系列功能;是实现智能制造的基础。建立健全评价体系有利于整个微波传感器行业的发展。
This paper mainly introduces the development of microwave sensors and related applications in different fields,China's support for the sensor industry and some problems faced,the current status of the detection industry and the establishment of detection and evaluation system methods.Microwave sensor is a kind of intelligent sensor,which is a new type of sensor with automatic state perception,information analysis and processing and real-time communication exchange,and can transmit information with a certain level of knowledge in a digital way.It has a series of functions such as self-diagnosis,self-correction and self-compensation.It is the basis of intelligent manufacturing.The establishment of a sound evaluation system is conducive to the development of the whole microwave sensor industry.
