插座铜合金凸焊工艺及结构研究

摘要 移动式插座模块化插套与连接铜条之间的电气连接一般通过锡焊工艺实现,存在虚焊、假焊、焊锡渣飞溅等问题,且焊点高温易熔,给插座使用带来安全隐患,同时焊锡的使用造成插座成本增加。通过研究无锡化的电阻焊工艺,分析插座内部结构空间布局,选取了水平夹焊的凸焊工艺,调整了插座连接铜条空间布局,设计了插套凸点结构。试验表明,凸焊插座的安全性高于锡焊插座。 The electrical connection between the modular socket and the connecting copper strip of protable socketoutlet is generally realized with the tin soldering process,which may cause problems such as virtual welding,false welding,solder slag spattering and so on.The tin solder joint is fusible at high temperature,which brings safety risks to using the socket-outlet.The tin soldering wire increases the socket-outlet cost.Through studying the resistance welding technology of none-tin and analyzing the spatial layout of the socket-outlet internal structure,the projection welding process of horizontal clamp welding is selected,the spatial layout of the socket-outlet connecting copper strip is adjusted and the projection point structure of the socket is designed.Tests show that the safety of projection welded socket-outlet is higher than that of tin soldered socket-outlet.
