目的 :验证异鼠李素 - 3 ,7-二 - O-β- D-葡萄糖苷的保肝降酶作用 ,考察其作为垂盆草药材质控指标的可行性。方法 :用垂盆草药材 n- Bu OH部分经过溶剂分离和色谱分离制得的异鼠李素 - 3 ,7-二 - O-β- D-葡萄糖苷 ,配成一定浓度的溶液 ,通过保肝降酶试验 (D-氨基半乳糖致小鼠急性肝损伤 ) ,考察其活性。结果 :和模型组比较 ,该成分具有一定的保肝降酶活性 ,高剂量组更加明显。结论 :异鼠李素 - 3 ,7-二 - O-β-

Objective:Test and verify the activity of protecting liver and reducing enzyme of isorhamnetin-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, and inspect the feasibility that the compound is utilized to set up quality controling standard for the herbal material. Methods: By test of protecting liver and reducing enzyme levels on isorhamnetin-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside from H 2O of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge, inspect its activity. Results: Comparing with the pattern group, this compound is effective, and the high dosage is more powerful. Conclusion: It's feasible that isorhamnetin-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside is utilized to set up the quality controling standard for the herbal material.
