低旦数氨纶空气包覆纱的结构与性能研究

摘要 选用10 D、20 D、35 D三种氨纶丝和涤纶POY丝制备氨纶空气包覆纱,在测试氨纶丝性能的基础上,重点对氨纶包覆纱的形貌结构、拉伸性能、拉伸回弹性进行了测试表征,并分析了氨纶丝细度、氨纶丝牵伸倍数、热湿处理对氨纶空气包覆纱结构、性能的影响。研究结果对掌握氨纶空气包覆纱的结构与性能特点,以及开发低纤度氨纶空气包覆纱及其织物提供了参考。 Three kinds of spandex filament(10D,20D,and 35D)and polyester POY filaments were se⁃lected to prepare spandex air-covered yarns.Based on testing properties of spandex fibers,the morphology,ten⁃sile properties,and tensile resilience of spandex air-covered yarn were tested and characterized.The influence of the fineness of spandex filament,the stretch ratio of spandex filament,and heat-wet treatment on the structure and properties of spandex air-covered yarn was analyzed.The results provided a reference for further mastering the structure and properties of spandex air-covered yarn and facilitating the development of low-denier spandex air-covered yarn.
