组织结构对不锈钢纤维/棉混纺织物阻燃性能的影响研究

摘要 电焊行业在现代工业中具有重要地位,为了避免电焊工作过程中飞溅物落在衣物上造成融穿现象,以不锈钢纤维与棉纱并线加捻技术制成的320 T/M不锈钢棉混纺纱作为原料,设计三种不同的织物组织制备机织面料,并对其进行阻燃整理,研究组织结构对面料的舒适性及阻燃性的影响。结果表明,缎纹织物的透湿性及透气性最好,5/3纬面缎纹最为柔软,三种织物中5/3纬面缎纹的织物阻燃性能最好。可为不锈钢纤维阻燃产品的开发与设计提供参考。 The welding industry holds an important place in modern industry.In order to prevent the molten penetration phenomenon when welding splatters fall onto clothing,320T/M stainless steel-cotton blended yarn made by parallel twisting technology with stainless steel fiber and cotton yarn was adopted as the raw material,three different fabric structures are designed to prepare woven fabrics and flame retardant finishing was conducted.The influence of fabric structure on the comfort and flame retardancy of the fabric was studied.The results showed that the moisture permeability and breathability of plain weave fabric was the best,the 5/3 weft satin was the sof⁃test,and the flame retardancy of 5/3 weft satin fabric was the best among the three types of fabrics.The study could provide a reference for the development and design of stainless steel fiber flame retardant products.
