CNTs/AgNWs/CNTs/TPU纳米纤维膜应变传感器的制备及性能

摘要 设计一种既能提供高灵敏度又能提供宽工作范围的柔性应变传感器一直是一个重大挑战。通过真空辅助过滤制备了具有高灵敏度和宽工作范围的纳米纤维膜柔性应变传感器。结果表明,CNTs/AgNWs/CNTs/TPU纳米纤维膜传感器具有高灵敏度(GF=1005.8)、宽应变范围(高达350%)和快速响应时间(39 ms),可以准确监测人体运动,包括从微小的脉搏到大尺度的手指关节弯曲。传感器在可穿戴设备以及身体健康监测方面有巨大的应用潜力。 Nowadays,it has been a major challenge to design a flexible strain sensor that can provide both high sensitivity and wide operating range.Therefore,a nanofiber membrane flexible strain sensor with high sensi⁃tivity and wide operating range was prepared by vacuum-assisted filtration.The results showed that the CNTs/Ag⁃NWs/CNTs/TPU nanofiber membrane sensor had high sensitivity(GF=1005.8),wide strain range(up to 350%),and fast response time(39 ms).The CNTs/AgNWs/CNTs/TPU nanofiber membrane sensor could ac⁃curately monitor human motion,ranging from tiny pulses to massive finger joint flexion.The sensor has great po⁃tential for applications in wearable devices as well as body health monitoring.
