摘要
针对目前开发用于癌症治疗的药物递送系统,药物的装载量有限、药物的生物利用度差、生物相容性及稳定性低,已对癌症治疗造成了极大的困扰的问题,介绍了生物聚合物系统制备功能型微凝胶的研究进展,并基于多种生物聚合物的功能型微凝胶的特性,例如pH敏感性、导电性、生物相容性和可生物降解性,认为他们具有高效负载各种活性剂(包括药物和生物制剂)的巨大潜力。基于这些特性,微凝胶可用作刺激触发降解和控制药物递送的用于癌症治疗的药物递送载体。
Currently,drug delivery systems developed for cancer therapy have problems such as limited drug loading,poor drug bioavailability,low biocompatibility and low stability,which have caused great trouble to cancer therapy.In this paper,the research progress of functional microgels prepared by biopolymer systems is reviewed,which based on the properties of functional microgels of various biopolymers,such as pH sensitivity,conductivity,biocompatibility and biodegradability,it is considered that they have great potential to efficiently support various active agents,including drugs and biologics.Based on these properties,microgels can be used as drug delivery vectors for cancer therapy that stimulate and trigger degradation and control drug delivery.
