数字经济赋能工业绿色转型升级的机制检验 被引量:6

摘要 数字经济赋能工业绿色转型是推动中国经济“脱虚向实”的重要手段,也是实现经济高质量发展的必由之路。结合2011—2020年30个省份工业数据,从环境效益和经济效益两个维度,构建双重差分模型进行实证分析,研究发现数字经济的发展降低污染排放强度,提升生产率,有助于推进工业绿色转型。进一步进行机制检验,结果表明:数字经济的发展减少了工业综合能源消费量和煤炭消费量,提高能源资源利用效率,同时还减少工业综合能源消费中煤炭消费量占比,增加清洁能源消费占比,优化了能源资源利用结构;数字经济发展增加了工业研发投入和创新产出,有效提升技术创新水平,并促进绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新,实现工业绿色转型升级。 The digital economy enable the green transformation of industry,which is an important means to promote China’s economy to“move from virtual to real”,and a necessary path to achieve high-quality economic development.Based on the industrial data of 30 provinces from 2011 to 2020,and from the two dimensions of environmental and economic benefits,a double difference model was constructed for empirical analysis.The study found that the development of the digital economy can reduce the intensity of pollution emissions,improve total factor productivity and help promote the green transformation of industry.Further mechanism testing shows that the development of the digital economy has reduced industrial comprehensive energy consumption and coal consumption,improved the efficiency of energy resource utilization,reduced the proportion of coal consumption in industrial comprehensive energy consumption,increased the proportion of clean energy consumption,and optimized the structure of energy resource utilization;The development of digital economy has increased industrial R&D investment and innovation output,effectively improved the level of technological innovation,promoted green product innovation and green process innovation,and realized industrial green transformation and upgrading.
