摘要
目的:比较丙泊酚和环泊酚在宫腔镜手术中的安全性和有效性比较。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2023年7月期间在我院妇科使用丙泊酚或环泊酚实施全凭静脉麻醉行宫腔镜手术的202例患者的术中病历资料,其中使用丙泊酚实施全凭静脉麻醉(丙泊酚组)102例,使用环泊酚实施全凭静脉麻醉(环泊酚组)100例。比较两组年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI),主要诊断(手术原因),术中不良事件,手术时间、诱导时间、苏醒时间。结果:与丙泊酚组相比,环泊酚组术中发生呼吸抑制的病例数明显减少(P<0.05),但总体术中不良事件的发生率两组比较没有统计学差别。与丙泊酚组相比,环泊酚组的苏醒时间明显延长(P<0.05),但两组的诱导时间和手术时间没有统计学差异。结论:与丙泊酚相比,环泊酚在宫腔镜手术中的麻醉效果相似,但术中抑制呼吸的发生率更低。
Objective:To compare the safety and efficacy of propofol and cypropofol in hysteroscopic surgery.Methods:Retrospective analysis of intraoperative charts of 202 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery with total intravenous anesthesia using either propofol or ciprofol in the Department of Gynecology of our hospital during the period of January 2020 to July 2023,among which there were 102 cases of total intravenous anesthesia using propofol(propofol group),and 100 cases of total intravenous anesthesia using ciprofol(ciprofol group).Age,gender,body mass index(BMI),primary diagnosis(reason for surgery),intraoperative adverse events,operation time,induction time,and awakening time were compared between the two groups.Results:The number of cases with intraoperative respiratory depression was significantly lower in the ciprofol group compared with the propofol group(P<0.05),but the overall incidence of intraoperative adverse events was not statistically different between the two groups.The time to awakening was significantly longer in the ciprofol group compared with the propofol group(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of induction time and operative time.Conclusion:Compared with propofol,ciprofol has a similar anesthetic effect in hysteroscopic surgery,but with a lower incidence of intraoperative respiratory depression.
