“公改快”模式下的精细化设计研究

Research on the Refined Design under the from Highway to Expressway Mode

当前城乡一体化发展进入新时期,随着城市和乡镇的联系逐渐加强,越来越多的国省道干线公路被改造为城市主干路或快速路。以济南市S103(二环南路至南绕城高速)段提升改造为例,从设计、实施角度介绍“公改快”过程中的各类问题。结合过程设计,从施工交通组织、运营交通设计、道路桥梁及隧道结构物的布置、安全措施、附属工程设置等维度对“公改快”快速路的精细化设计进行阐述分析。工程为济南市重点交通运输项目,也是济南市精细化设计典型工程,对同类工程设计施工具有借鉴作用。

The current development of urbanrural integration has entered a new era.As the connection between cities&towns gradually strengthens,more and more national&provincial trunk highways are being transformed into urban arterial roads or expressways.Taking the upgrading reconstruction of the S103(Second-Ring South Road to South-Ring Expressway)section in Jinan as an example,it introduces various issues in the process of from highway to expressway from the perspectives of design&implementation.Combined with process design,the refined design of the from highway to expressway is elaborated&analyzed from the dimensions of construction traffic organization,operational traffic design,layout of road bridges&tunnel structures,safety measures,and ancillary engineering settings.The project is a key transportation project in Jinan and a typical project of refined design in Jinan,which can be used for reference in the design&construction of similar projects.
