Special Planning Research on Sponge City in New Development Area:Taking Shanghai New Gucheng as an Example

大力推进建设自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化的海绵城市,是提升城市生态系统功能、减少城市洪涝灾害发生的重要手段。上海新顾城在开发建设时,以规划为先,编制了新顾城海绵城市规划。规划以海绵城市的总体和分类目标为导向,基于片区的实际海绵建设条件划分了管控单元,并提出相应的管控指标和建设指引,由此指导片区内海绵项目的管控和落地,可为同类型的专项规划提供借鉴思路。

Vigorously promoting the construction of sponge cities with natural accumulation,natural infiltration&natural purification is an important means to enhance the function of urban ecosystems&reduce urban prepared.The planning is guided by the overall and classified goals of sponge cities,and based on the actual sponge construction conditions of the area,it divides the control units and proposes corresponding control indicators&construction guidelines to guide the control and implementation of sponge projects in the area;which can provide reference ideas for similar special planning.
