摘要 污水处理池上增加玻璃钢盖板实现臭气集中收集处理为近年来常见的环保升级措施。考虑到水池跨度尺寸较大,选择采用钢桁架作为玻璃钢盖板的承重结构。结合现状水池结构、污水处理的运行要求,分析现场需求,对多种吊装施工技术方案进行对比研究。研发1种吊装滑移运输牵引装置,介绍大型污水处理池钢桁架结构吊装技术措施,并总结工程建设现场技术质量管理控制手段,为类似污水处理池改建工程提供参考经验。 Adding a fiberglass cover to a sewage treatment tank to collect&treat odors has become a common environmental upgrade measure in recent years.Considering the large span size of the tank,steel trusses are selected as the load-bearing structure for the fiberglass cover.Combined with the current tank structure and the operational requirements of sewage treatment,the on-site needs are analyzed,and various lifting construction technology schemes are compared&studied.A lifting sliding transport traction device is developed,and the lifting technology measures for steel truss structures of large sewage treatment tanks are introduced.The technical quality management control methods on the construction site are summarized,providing reference experience for similar sewage treatment tank reconstruction projects.
