体育生活化研究进展:基本认知、困境及路径

Progress in the Research of Sports Life:Basic Cognition,Dilemmas and Approaches

随着我国经济、社会、教育等步入高质量发展阶段,以“体育生活化”为主导的国民健康体育改革也随之兴起。如何积极推动体育真正融入生活,进而全面提高人们的生活质量成为当下的研究热点。“体育生活化”以具身认知观为指导理念,着眼于身体运动和积极生活的逻辑关系,从身体体验、情感、认知等多维关联上,激发参与动机,提升体育价值观认知,促使人们养成终身化体育的行为习惯。笔者运用文献资料法和内容分析法,以“体育生活化”现实的顶层制度设计与体育生活化困境的学者探究两条思路为主线,对体育生活化的内涵定位、制度实践、现实叩问进行文献梳理及内容分析,针对“人们体育意识观念淡薄、现代化‘文明病’日趋暴露、国民体质普遍下降”等诸多现象提出理性的思考逻辑与探寻路径,并从价值认同、激励参与、政策融通三个维度来优化,力求为未来“体育生活化”的高质量发展寻求出路。

With the high-quality development of economy,society and education in China,the national health sports reform dominated by “sports life” has also risen.How to actively promote sports into life so as to comprehensively improve the quality of people?s lives has become a research hotspot.Guided by embodied cognition,Sports life focuses on the logical relationship between physical movement and active life.From the perspective of physical experience,emotion,cognition and other multi-dimensional correlation,it stimulates participation motivation,improves cognition of sports values,and encourages people to develop lifelong sports behavior habits.Based on the main lines of the top-level system design of sports life reality and the scholars? exploration of the predicaments of sports life,this paper adopts the literature review and content analysis and analyzes the connotation positioning,system practice and realistic inquiry of sports life.In view of many phenomena such as people?s weak sports consciousness,increasingly exposed modern civilization disease,and general decline of national physique,this paper puts forward rational thinking logic and path exploration,optimizes them from three dimensions of value recognition,incentive participation and policy integration,and strives to find a way out for the high-quality development of sports life in the future.
