摘要 该文首先概述了传统力量训练与核心力量训练的差异性,并从增强动力链各部分之间的协调性、提高网球运动员的运动稳定性与核心爆发力等方面,分析了高校网球训练中加入核心力量训练的重要意义。最后结合教学实践,总结了核心力量训练的主要方法,包括腰腹力量训练、神经肌肉训练、身体平衡训练以及增强重力练习。在此基础上,开展了对照实验,对照组采取传统力量训练,实验组采取核心力量训练,2个月后检查训练结果。实验表明,实验组的测试成绩为(88.5±6.9)分,明显高于对照组的(77.4±6.6)分,说明核心力量训练对网球运动员核心力量和网球专项技术的提高有良好效果。 This paper first overviews the differences between traditional strength training and core strength training,analyzes the significance of adding core strength training to tennis training in colleges and universities from enhancing the coordination of the parts of the power chain,improving the stability and core explosive power of tennis players and other aspects,and finally summaries the main methods of core strength training,including lumbo-abdomen strength training,neuromuscular training,body balance training and enhanced gravity training in combination with teaching practice.On this basis,this paper carried out a control experiment.The control group received traditional strength training,the experimental group received core strength training,and training results were checked after 2 months.The experiment showed that the test score of the experimental group was(88.5±6.9)points,which was significantly higher than the(77.4±6.6)points in the control group,indicating that core strength training had a good effect on the improvement of the core strength and special tennis skills of tennis players.
