思想政治工作在高校教育工作中起着举足轻重的作用,是全面实现高校人才培养目标的重要基础,是实现立德树人的重要载体。大学体育是高校教育教学工作的重要组成部分,是奠定广大学生终身体育意识的基石,大学体育是五育中的关键内容,蕴含着丰富的课程思政资源,通过积极挖掘体育课程中的思政元素可以全面增加课程深度,充分体现体育课程本身的人文价值。体育课程思政可以培养及完善广大学生的心理素质,塑造大学生的健全人格,进而推动学生综合素质的全面提高,积极把课程思政工作落到实处,将思政元素有效融入教学中,促进体育教学模式的升级及教学方法的更新,可以有效提高大学体育课程的教学质量,完善体育课程的育人功能。该文旨在探究大学体育课程思政育人机制提升策略,为大学体育课程思政育人建设提供借鉴与理论参考。

Ideological and political work plays a pivotal role in college education work,and it is an important foundation for the realization of the talent training objectives of colleges and universities and an crucial carrier for the realization of fostering virtue through education.College physical education is an important part of college education and teaching work,and it is the cornerstone of the lifelong sports consciousness of the majority of students.As the key content of the five categories of education,college physical education contains the rich resources of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension by virtue of its subject characteristics,and the depth of the curriculum can been comprehensively improved and the humanistic value of the physical education itself can be fully reflected through actively exploring ideological and political elements in physical education courses.Physical education courses on the ideological and political dimension can cultivate and improve the psychological quality of the majority of students,shape the sound personality of college students,and then promote the overall improvement of students'comprehensive quality.Actively implementing the work of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension,effectively integrating ideological and political elements into teaching and promoting the updating of physical education teaching modes and the innovation of physical education teaching methods can effectively improve the teaching quality of college physical education courses and improve the educational function of physical education courses.This article aims to explore the improvement strategy for the educational mechanism of college physical education courses on the ideological and political dimension,and provide models and theoretical reference for the educational construction of college physical education courses on the ideological and political dimension.
