新时代高校体育教师核心素养内涵、构成要素及培养路径研究 被引量:2

摘要 打造高素质专业化高校体育教师队伍,不仅是实现高校体育良性发展的基础保障,更是服务社会、助力我国全民健身战略和体育强国战略的重要支撑。学校体育是体育强国建设和健康中国建设的重要组成部分,而高校体育教师是高校体育教学事业的中坚力量,体育教师所拥有的核心素养直接影响体育教学的质量和水平,影响当代大学生的身心健康和道德修养水平。该文通过对新时代高校体育教师核心素养的内涵、构成要素及培养路径的研究,探讨如何提高高校体育教师的核心素养水平,进而提高高校体育教学质量。对于体育教师来讲,要想更好地适应现代体育教学的需求,实现自我的稳定持续发展,必须提高自身的核心素养,提高各个方面的素质和能力,从而更好地提高教书育人的成效。构建深化课程改革目标背景下高校体育教师核心素养评价模型与教学模式研究,一方面,为其他地区教师核心素养培养提供理论参考;另一方面,也为相关部门制定体育学科核心素养课程标准提供实证参考。 Building a team of high-quality professional college PE teachers is not only the basic guarantee to realize the benign development of college physical education,but also the important support to serve the society and help China's strategies of national fitness and a leading sporting nation.School physical education is an important part of building a strong sports country and a healthy China,college PE teachers are the backbone of college physical education,and the core literacy of PE teachers has a direct impact on the quality and level of physical education and the physical and mental health and the level of moral cultivation of contemporary college students.Through research on the connotation,constituent elements and training path of the core quality of college PE teachers in the new era,this paper discusses how to improve the core literacy level of college PE teachers,and then improve the quality of college physical education.For PE teachers,in order to better adapt to the needs of modern physical education and achieve stable and sustainable development themselves,they must improve their core literacy and improve all aspects of quality and ability,in order to better improve the effectiveness of teaching knowledge and educating people.The research on building the evaluation model and teaching model of the core literacy of college PE teachers under the background of deepening the goals of curriculum reform provides theoretical reference for the cultivation of teachers'core literacy in other areas on the one hand,and on the other hand,it also provides an empirical reference for relevant departments to formulate the curriculum standards of the core literacy of physical education.
