高校保健班学生健康促进的运动干预研究

Research on Exercise Interventions in the Health Promotion of Students in Health Care Classes in Colleges and Universities

体育保健课是普通高校体育课程体系的重要组成部分,是高校为病、残和体弱大学生所开设的公共必修体育课程。由于保健班学生体质的特殊性,对于该群体的健康促进一直是高校体育教学中的难点。为提高学生体质健康状况,该研究在对该群体身心特点和健康需求进行深入分析的基础上,选择24式太极拳作为主要教学内容对保健班学生进行运动干预实验,通过对实验前、后学生身体形态、机能、素质方面的指标变化进行分析研究,探索提升高校体育保健课教学质量和效果的有效途径,提升保健班学生的健康水平,为实现对该群体体质健康的精准干预提供理论与实践依据,同时也为该领域的后续研究提供参考借鉴。

The sports health care course is an important part of the physical education curriculum system of ordinary colleges and universities,and is a compulsory public physical education course for sick,disabled and frail college students.Due to the particularity of the physical constitution of students in health classes,the health promotion for this group has been a difficult task in physical education in colleges and universities.In order to improve students'physical health,based on an in-depth analysis of the physical and mental characteristics and health needs of this group,this study selected 24-style Tai Chi as the main teaching content,conducted an exercise intervention experiment for students in the health class,and explored effective ways to improve the teaching quality and effectiveness of sports health care classes in colleges and universities by the analysis and research on the index changes of students'physical form,function and quality before and after the experiment,so as to improve the health level of students in health classes,provide theoretical and practical bases for precise interventions in the physical health of this group,and also provide references and models for subsequent studies in this field.
