摘要
森林生态产品是生态产品的主要类型,其供给效率直接关系到高质量发展的生态根基。采用可变规模假设下的Super-SBM模型,选取2011—2018年我国29个省级行政区域,测算其森林生态产品供给效率。结果表明:我国29个省级行政区域的森林生态产品平均供给效率呈现先上升后下降的趋势,且各年份森林生态产品供给效率平均值均小于1,森林生态产品供给相对无效;从地区差异上看,森林生态产品供给效率由高到低依次为华东地区、西南地区、东北地区、华北地区、中南地区、西北地区,大体呈现东多西少、南多北少、由西北到东南递增的趋势;从时间趋势上看,华东地区、中南地区、西北地区森林生态产品供给效率相对平稳,西南地区、东北地区、华北地区森林生态产品供给效率呈现上下波动态势。为此,需从发展和保护2个维度增强森林生态产品生产能力。
Forest ecological products are the main type of ecological products,and their supply efficiency is directly related to the ecological foundation of high-quality development.This paper uses the Super-SBM Model under the variable scale assumption to calculate the supply efficiency of forest ecological products in 29 provincial administrative regions in China from 2011 to 2018.The results show that the average supply efficiency of forest ecological products in 29 provinces in China shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the average supply efficiency of forest ecological products in each year is less than 1,indicating a relatively ineffective supply of forest ecological products;From the perspective of regional differences,the supply efficiency of forest ecological products from high to low is East China,Southwest China,Northeast China,North China,Central South China,and Northwest China,showing a trend showing a trend of increasing from northwest to southeast;From the perspective of time trend,the supply efficiency of forest ecological products in East China,Central South China and Northwest China is relatively stable,while the supply efficiency of forest ecological products in Southwest China,Northeast China and North China fluctuates up and down.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the production capacity of forest ecological products from two dimensions:development and protection.
