植物工厂功能性蔬菜品质调控技术研究与展望

摘要 目前植物工厂产业化发展面临成本高、能耗大、经济效益低等的问题。在后疫情时代,人们对功能性食品的需求越发强烈,功能性蔬菜或将成为打破植物工厂生产困局的突破口。本文综述了植物工厂功能性蔬菜品质调控技术,包括蔬菜有益微量元素和抗氧化物质的调控,以期为植物工厂产业化发展及功能性蔬菜产业推进提供参考。 At present,the industrialization development of plant factory is facing the problems of high cost,high energy consumption and low economic benefit.In the post-epidemic era,people's demand for functional food is becoming stronger,and functional vegetables may become a breakthrough to break the dilemma of plant factory production.In this article,the quality control technology of functional vegetables in plant factory was reviewed,including the control of beneficial trace elements and antioxidant substances in vegetables,which could provide reference for the industrialization development of plant factory and the promotion of functional vegetable industry.
