湘南地区春夏露地紫红茄新品种引种比较试验

Comparative Experiment of New Purple-red Eggplant Cultivars in Open Field in Spring and Summer in Southern Hunan

湘南地区夏季前期频降大雨,雨后高温高湿,易引发茄子多种病害,如白绢病、黄萎病、绵疫病等,夏季中后期高温强光易引发茄子果皮变色,果肉变硬、果实灼伤等不良反应,所以筛选湘南地区春夏露地紫红茄栽培品种具有重要意义。本试验共引进9个紫红长茄新品种,以本地主栽品种佳美紫红长茄为对照,结果表明,引进的所有新品种都比对照生长势强,抗病性抗逆性强,产量高,可在湘南地区进行春夏季露地栽培。其中,云川9号产量最高,折合667 m^(2)产量达到4930.9 kg,与烧烤6号无显著差异;烧烤6号不仅产量高而且果实硬度表现松软,特别符合湘南等多地区对茄子果肉要求松软的消费群体需求,属于比较畅销的茄子类型,推荐在湘南地区进行春夏季露地栽培。

In southern Hunan,there are frequent heavy rains in early summer,and the high temperature and humidity after the rain are easy to cause many diseases of eggplant,such as white silk disease,verticillium wilt,cotton blight,etc.In the middle and late summer,high temperature and strong light are easy to cause adverse reactions,such as peel discoloration,flesh hardening and fruit burning.Therefore,it is important to screen purple-red eggplant cultivars suitable for open field cultivation in spring and summer in southern Hunan.In this experiment,nine new cultivars of purple-red long eggplant were introduced,and the local main cultivar Jiamei purple-red long eggplant was used as the control.The results showed that all the introduced new cultivars had stronger growth potential,stronger disease resistance and higher yield than the control,and could be cultivated in open field in spring and summer in southern Hunan.Among them,the yield of Yunchuan No.9 was the highest,reaching 4930.9 kg/667 m^(2),which was not significantly different from that of Shaokao No.6.Shaokao No.6 not only had high yield but also had soft fruit,especially in line with the soft flesh requirements of eggplants in many regions such as southern Hunan.It was the popular eggplant type and recommended to be cultivated in open field in spring and summer in southern Hunan.
