医院信息化项目管理方法的探索与应用

Exploration and Practice of Hospital Informatization Project Management Methods

目的本文以通用的项目管理模式为参考,探索适合医院信息化项目管理的方法与流程。方法基于医院信息化工作的难点,从预测型项目管理、敏捷型项目管理、项目管理的裁剪3个方面概述项目管理的通用方法,分析并阐述混合型项目管理方法对医院信息化项目管理流程的优化作用。结果结合实践过程,主要从干系人、需求、交付、文档4个方面对项目管理过程进行梳理,形成切实可行的项目管理方法。结论科学的项目管理过程可实现有效沟通,提高项目建设质量,为信息化项目的成功交付起到积极作用。

Objective Using the general project management model as a reference,explore methods and processes suitable for hospital informatization project management.Methods Based on the difficulties of hospital informatization work,this paper summarizes the general methods of project management from three aspects:predictive project management,agile project management,and tailoring,and analyzes and expounds the optimization effect of hybrid project management methods on hospital informatization project management processes.Results Combined with the practice process,the project management process is sorted out from four aspects:stakeholders,requirements,delivery and documents to form a meaningful project management process.Conclusion Scientific project management process can effectively improve communication efficiency,improve project quality,and play a positive role in the successful delivery of the project.
