临床药师信息化培养模式的构建与实践

Construction and Practice of Informatization Training Mode for Clinical Pharmacists

目的 探讨药学服务转型背景下的临床药师信息化培养模式构建方法,评估其实践效果和临床应用价值。方法 通过信息化技术构建适合临床药师规范化培训的培养模式,选取35名临床药师作为研究对象,分别于实施信息化培养模式培养前后,对所有药师的药学问诊、药学监护、用药宣教和指导、组织效能、整体临床胜任能力进行评估和比较。结果 实施临床药师信息化培养模式后,35名临床药师中有28名测评结果为优秀,优秀药师的培训积极性、经历3次及以上评测、持续改进行为比例均显著高于非优秀药师,属于影响量表评估结果的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 临床药师信息化培养模式有利于提高临床药师专业知识、综合素质、药学服务水平和临床实践能力,同时也大大提高了临床药师的管理效率,有利于开展临床药师绩效考核,提高教学培训质量水平。

Objective To explore the construction method of clinical pharmacist information training mode under the background of pharmaceutical service transformation,and evaluate its practical effect and clinical application value.Methods A standardized training mode suitable for clinical pharmacists was established through informatization.35 clinical pharmacists in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Before and after implementing the information based training mode,all pharmacists' pharmaceutical consultations,pharmaceutical monitoring,medication education and guidance,organizational effectiveness,and overall clinical competence were evaluated and compared.Results A total of 28 of 35 clinical pharmacists had excellent evaluation results.The proportion of excellent pharmacists who were actively trained,experienced 3 or more evaluations,and continuously improved their behaviors was significantly higher than that of non-excellent pharmacists,which was an independent influencing factor affecting the evaluation results of the scale(P0.05).Conclusion The information-based training mode of clinical pharmacists is conducive to improving the professional knowledge,comprehensive quality,pharmaceutical service level and clinical practice ability of clinical pharmacists,and also greatly improves the management efficiency of clinical pharmacists,which is more conducive to carry out the performance assessment of clinical pharmacists and improving the quality of teaching and training.
