妇幼医疗健康服务云平台设计和实现

Design and Implementation of Cloud Platform of Maternal and Child Medical and Health Services

目的 提高妇幼业务云上服务能力,满足基层妇幼医疗机构多变的应用和服务场景需求,提升基层妇幼医疗健康服务水平。方法 基于云原生架构建设云上妇幼平台,完成对原高度集中医疗信息业务的解耦,实现妇幼医疗应用服务云化。结果 实现了妇幼医疗健康服务云平台的快速部署。目前覆盖江苏全省121家妇幼保健机构,连接全省所有市、县级妇幼保健机构和省级危重孕产妇、儿童(新生儿)救治中心。自2022年1月上线以来,累计开展培训170次,参加培训人员16 537人次。结论 该云平台建设以实施省域妇幼健康“大手拉小手”行动为目标,为医疗机构在妇幼保健医疗服务上开展信息协作、相互协同提供了支撑,可以更好地保障人民群众的健康。

Objective To improve the cloud service capabilities of maternal and child businesses,meet the needs of diverse application and service scenarios of grassroots maternal and child medical institutions,and enhance the level of maternal and child medical and health services at the grassroots level.Methods Building a cloud maternal and child platform based on cloud native architecture.Complete the decoupling of highly centralized medical information services and achieve cloud based maternal and child medical application services.Results Realize the rapid deployment of cloud based maternal and child platform services,currently covers 121 maternal and child health institutions in the province,connecting all municipal and county-level maternal and child health institutions and provincial-level critical maternal and child(newborn) treatment centers.Since its launch in January 2022,a total of 170 training sessions have been conducted,with 16537 participants..Conclusion The goal of this platform construction is to implement the "big hand,small hand" action for provincial maternal and child health,and to facilitate information collaboration and mutual collaboration among medical institutions in maternal and child health medical services,in order to better safeguard the health of the people.
