红黏土井筒注浆堵水材料及其工程应用研究

摘要 为了满足乌蒙山区矿井水害防治需求,采用当地红黏土作为注浆堵水材料,通过室内试验研究了红黏土综合浆的浆液性能,得到红黏土综合浆的黏度和塑性强度与水泥和结构添加剂的用量正相关,并确定了适合井筒堵水的红黏土综合浆的浆液配比。通过红外光谱分析研究了黏土综合浆的水化产物成分,结果表明水化产物主要可分为钙矾石、Ca(OH)2晶体和C-S-H凝胶3类。浆液结石体扫描电镜分析揭示结构添加剂可明显促进红黏土综合浆的早期水化反应进程,显著提高浆液结石体的微观结构密实度和结石率。最后,红黏土综合浆在毛坪矿112线盲竖井预注浆堵水工程取得了成功应用,堵水率达98%。红黏土综合浆可注性良好,可有效充填地层导水裂隙,堵水性能优越。 In order to meet the demand of mine water hazard prevention and control in Wumeng Mountain area,the local red clay was used as the grouting material for water plugging,and the grout properties of red clay cement slurry was studied through laboratory tests.Results showed that the viscosity and plastic strength of red clay cement grout were positively related to the added cement and structural additives,and the mixing ratio of red clay cement grout for shaft water sealing was determined.The composition of hydration products of the red clay cement grout was studied through infrared spectrum analysis.It was found that the hydration products of red clay cement grout mainly include ettringite,Ca(OH)_(2) crystal and C-S-H gel.In addition,the SEM tests of the grout stone revealed that structural additives significantly promoted the early hydration process of red clay cement slurry,which enhanced the microstructure compactness and stone rate of slurry.Finally,the red clay cement slurry material was successfully applied in the pre-grouting project of the blind shaft of line 112 in Maoping Mine,and the water sealing rate was 98%.The red clay cement grout can effectively fill the water-conducting fractures,indicating that the slurry has good groutability and excellent water plugging performance.
