摘要
为了研究浅埋特厚工作面采空区自燃危险区域分布特征,以五家沟煤矿15304工作面为研究对象,通过理论分析、实验测试和现场观测相结合的方法,研究了基于氧气浓度划分的采空区煤自燃立体“三带”分布规律。结果表明:15304工作面采空区煤自燃上、下限氧浓度分别为18.05%,5.95%;采空区水平进风侧氧化带分布在45~158 m,回风侧分布在14~75 m;垂直方向进风侧氧化带分布在6~42 m,回风侧分布在4~37 m。采空区氧化带在倾向上是不对称的,氧化带区域在进风侧距离工作面下隅角较远,在回风侧距离工作面上隅角较近;在水平与垂直两个方向上,进风侧的氧化带宽度均大于在回风侧的宽度。工作面最小安全推进速度为1.64 m/d,当工作面推进速度小于该速度时,应当强化防灭火措施。
In order to study the distribution characteristics of the spontaneous combustion hazard area in the goaf of shallow buried extra-thick working face,the three-dimensional"three zones"distribution law of coal spontaneous combustion based on oxygen concentration in the goaf of the 15304 working face of Wujiagou Coal Mine was studied using theoretical analysis,experimental tests and field observations.The results show that the upper and lower limit oxygen concentration of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf are 18.05%and 5.95%,respectively.Horizontally,the oxidation zone on the is 45~158 m in the inlet side,and from 14~75 m in the return side.Vertically the oxidation zone is distributed from 6 to 42 m on the inlet side and from 4 to 37 m on the return side.The oxidizing zone is asymmetrical along the dip,with the zone farther away from the lower corner of the face on the inlet side and closer to the corner of the face on the return side.In both horizontal and vertical directions,the width of the oxide zone on the inlet side is greater than the width on the return side.The minimum safe advancing speed of the working face is 1.64 m/d,when the advancing is slower than this speed,the fire prevention measures should be reinforced.
