基于Kriging模型和MOGA的轮胎成型机辊压支架的轻量化研究 被引量:1

摘要 以轮胎成型机辊压支架为研究对象,提出一种结合Kriging模型和多目标遗传算法(Multi Objective Genetic Algorithm,MOGA)的轻量化优化方法。首先对辊压支架进行静态特性分析,对比稀疏网格模型和Kriging模型的计算精度及收敛情况,得出Kriging模型的收敛效果更好;以辊压支架质量为优化目标,以应力和变形为约束条件建立优化数学模型,运用最优空间填充(Optimal Space Filling,OSF)设计抽样方法获得初始样本点,使用Kriging模型建立响应面;最后使用MOGA搜索全局最优解,分析应力、变形和质量的优化过程。与原模型相比,优化后的辊压支架质量减轻了4.96%,该方法可为轮胎成型机其他零/部件轻量化优化设计提供参考。 A lightweight optimization method combing the Kriging model and MOGA algorithm was proposed for the rolling stent which is used on the type forming machine.Firstly,the static characteristics of the rolling stent was obtained.Comparing with the computational accuracy and convergence of the sparse grid model and Kriging model,it was concluded that the convergence of the Kriging model was higher.The mass of the rolling stent was set as the optimization target,the stress and deformation were taken as the constrain conditions to bulid the optimation mathematical model.The initial sample points were obtained by the Optimal Space Filling(OSF) design sampling method,and the response surface was established by the Kriging model.Finally,the Multi Objective Genetic Algorithm(MOGA) was used to search the global optimal solution.The optimal conditions of the stress,deformation and mass were analyized.The weight of the optimal model was reduces by 4.96 %,which can provided a reference optimization design method for the lightweight design of other parts of the tyre forming machine.
