摘要
为研究苦瓜皂苷对饲喂高脂饲料动物体脂控制、抗氧化活性的影响,选取健康状况良好、体重接近的3周龄昆明小鼠160只,随机分为1个基础饲料对照组和3个高脂饲料试验组,雌雄各半。试验组按小鼠体重灌服0、400、800 mg/kg苦瓜皂苷,试验期28 d,探索苦瓜皂苷对小鼠生长发育、血清生化指标及体脂率的影响。结果表明,灌服800 mg/kg苦瓜皂苷可显著降低饲喂高脂饲料小鼠体重和采食量(P<0.05);极显著降低其血清中胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白和丙二醛的含量(P<0.01),极显著增加高密度脂蛋白、总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的水平(P<0.01),同时极显著降低其脂肪重和体脂率(P<0.01)。在本试验条件下,灌服800 mg/kg苦瓜皂苷的小鼠体重、脂肪重及体脂率均得到有效控制,同时还可增加抗氧化水平,促进脂肪代谢。
To investigate the effect of bitter gourd saponin on body fat control and antioxidant activity in animals fed with high-fat feed,1603-week-old Kunming mice with good health and similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into one basic feed control group and three high-fat feed experimental groups,with half male and half female.The experimental group was orally administered with 0 mg/kg,400 mg/kg,and 800 mg/kg bitter gourd saponins according to the body weight of mice.The experimental period was 28 days.The effects of bitter gourd saponins on the growth and development,serum biochemical indicators,and body fat rate of mice were explored.The results showed that oral administration of 800 mg/kg bitter gourd saponin significantly reduced the body weight and feed intake of mice fed with high fat diet(P<0.05);It significantly reduced the contents of cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein and malondialdehyde in their serum,significantly increased the levels of high-density lipoprotein,total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase,and significantly reduced their fat weight and body fat rate(P<0.01).Under the conditions of this experiment,the body weight,fat weight,and body fat percentage of mice fed with 800 mg/kg bitter gourd saponin were effectively controlled,and meanwhile also increased antioxidant levels and promoted fat metabolism.
