间歇性断食对小鼠肠道微生物组成的影响

摘要 以昆明小鼠为研究对象,对其进行14周的间歇性断食后,取小鼠盲肠容物进行肠道微生物组成分析,探究小鼠肠道微生物的变化.结果显示:经过14周间歇性断食,小鼠体重明显下降,结肠长度显著增加,同时小鼠肠道中微生物的物种多样性和丰富度降低,厚壁菌相对丰度增加,拟杆菌相对丰度减少.KEGG通路分析表明,间歇性断食可影响衰老的速度,改善循环系统功能,使代谢功能加强.该研究从肠道微生态的角度,为揭示间歇性断食对机体的影响机制提供了新的方向. In this study,Kunming mice were subjected to 14 week intermittent fasting.The cecal contents of mice were collected for gut microbial composition analysis,in order to explore the changes of gut microbial composition.Our results showed that the body mass of mice was significantly decreased and the colon length increased after 14 weeks of intermittent fasting.Moreover,intermittent fasting decreased the diversity and richness of microbial species in the gut of mice.The abundance of Firmicutes increased while the number of Bacteroides decreased following intermittent fasting.KEGG pathway analysis showed that intermittent fasting has a potential to affect the aging process,improve the function of the circulatory system,and strengthen the metabolic function.The study,focusing on the gut microbial ecology,provides a new insight into the mechanism of intermittent fasting.
