乡村振兴背景下湖北省宜昌市农业生产托管发展现状及对策建议

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Agricultural Production Trust Development in Yichang City Hubei Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农业现代化是乡村振兴的重要战略方向之一,其发展离不开农业社会化服务的辅助和推动。农业生产托管作为农业社会化服务的重要形式,能够加快农业现代化步伐,助力乡村振兴的实现。文中结合湖北省宜昌市的调研,通过分析宜昌市农业生产托管发展现状,发现当前存在农户参与发展程度不高,托管服务体系发展不完善,农业生产托管面临风险挑战等问题。针对这些问题,提出相应的对策与建议,以期为推动宜昌市农业生产托管发展提供参考。

Agricultural modernization is one of the important strategic directions of rural revitalization,and its development cannot be separated from the assistance and promotion of agricultural socialization services.As an important form of agricultural socialized services,agricultural production trusteeship can accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization and help the realization of rural revitalization.This study combines the research of Yichang City,Hubei Province,by analyzing the current situation of agricultural production trusteeship development in Yichang City,found that there are problems such as the low degree of participation in the development of farmers,the imperfect development of the trusteeship service system,and the challenges of agricultural production trusteeship risks,etc.In view of these problems,the corresponding countermeasures and recommendations are put forward,with a view to providing reference for the promotion of the development of agricultural production trusteeship in Yichang City.
