大数据在口腔医学中的应用研究进展

摘要 随着移动互联网和数字化技术的发展,大数据在口腔医学中的应用越来越广泛。口腔数字化的发展,相关的公共数据库以及口腔各专科专病数据库为口腔大数据分析应用提供了数据来源和基础。大数据预处理和高效的数据存储是大数据分析的前提,但是目前多中心的口腔医疗数据的收集、存储、共享等方面无统一的行业标准和质量控制。需要建立统一标准的数据库和数据管理系统。利用人工智能和云计算等技术的大数据分析已逐步运用于口腔流行病学调查、临床辅助决策系统、风险预测预警和口腔医学教育等方面。本文综述了口腔大数据采集、预处理、存储和分析应用的相关进展。深入了解了数据库技术和大数据挖掘在口腔医学应用的现状和前景,并简要介绍了当前面临的挑战。大数据技术为推动智慧口腔医疗的发展提供了有力的支持,对大数据的采集、预处理、存储和分析的不断优化和改进也将进一步促进口腔医学领域的发展。 With the development of mobile internet and digital technology,the application of big data in stomatology is more and more extensive.The development of oral digitalization,related public databases and dental specialty and disease databases provide data sources and foundations for oral big data analysis applications.Big data preprocessing and efficient data storage are prerequisites for big data analysis.However,there is currently no unified industry standard and quality control in the collection,storage and sharing of multi-center dental medical data.A unified and standardized database and data management system needs to be established.Big data analysis using artificial intelligence and cloud computing technologies has been gradually applied to oral epidemiological investigations,clinical assisted decision-making systems,risk prediction and early warning,and oral medicine education.This paper reviews the relevant progress in the collection,preprocessing,storage,and analysis applications of oral big data.It deeply understands the current status and prospects of database technology and big data mining in the application of dentistry.The challenges are also briefly introduced.Big data technology provides strong support for promoting the development of intelligent oral medicine.At the same time,continuous optimization and improvement of big data collection,preprocessing,storage,and analysis will further promote the development of the field of dentistry.
