Clinical application standard of digital surgical guide in implant surgery

通过口腔种植数字化外科导板的引导,种植医师可以将种植体按照术前设计的最佳位点和路径植入缺牙区牙槽骨,在保证高成功率的同时使种植过程更加安全、精准和微创。但目前国内尚无关于口腔种植数字化外科导板的临床应用规范,由于医疗机构等级和临床医师技术水平存在差异,使得该技术在实际临床应用中存在一定的风险;同时缺乏一个标准化操作流程,也不利于该技术的规范化推广。因此,为进一步推动口腔种植数字化外科导板的规范化应用,中国老年学和老年医学学会在广泛征求意见、参考相关文献的基础上,结合多年临床实际应用经验,经过多次讨论和修订,形成《口腔种植数字化外科导板临床应用规范》的团体标准。本团体标准内容涵盖了口腔种植数字化外科导板使用时的基本要求、适应证和禁忌证、操作流程、常见并发症及处理措施、精度验证等方面,以期为口腔医疗机构临床规范化应用口腔种植数字化外科导板提供参考依据。

With the guidance of the digital surgical guide for oral implantology,the implantologist can place the implant into the alveolar bone of the edentulous area according to the preoperative design of the optimal site and path,which ensures a high success rate while making the implantation process safer,more precise and minimally invasive.However,at present,there is no clinical application standard of digital surgical guide in implant surgery.Due to the differences in the level of medical institutions and the technical level of clinicians,there are certain risks in the practical clinical application of this technology.At the same time,the lack of a standardized operation process is also not conducive to the standardized promotion of this technology.In order to further promote the standardized application of digital surgical guide for oral implants,the Chinese Society of Gerontology and Geriatrics,based on extensive consultation and reference to relevant literature,combined with many years of practical clinical application experience,after several discussions and revisions,formed the clinical application standard.This group standard covers the basic requirements,indications and contraindications of the use of digital surgical guides for oral implantation,operation procedures,common complications and treatment measures,and accuracy verification.This standard can be used as a reference for the use of digital surgical guide in implant surgery.
