摘要
通过改变锯片张力检测夹盘直径和顶出力,研究检测出来的张力值变化,表明夹盘对张力影响巨大,张力值随夹盘直径变化减小到归零;顶出力对张力值影响较小,顶出力变化,张力值变化相对较小,最大仅0.05,但其中有一个顶出力,张力值会达到最大。通过检测方式和参数变化导致张力变化,为锯片检测建立标准提供依据。
By changing the tension of the saw blade to detect the diameter and ejection force of the chuck,the changes in tension values detected were studied,indicating that the chuck has a significant impact on tension,and the tension value decreases to zero as the chuck diameter changes;The impact of the ejection force on the tension value is relatively small,and the variation of the ejection force is relatively small,with a maximum of only 0.05.However,if there is one of the ejection forces,the tension value will reach its maximum.Provide a basis for establishing standards for saw blade detection by detecting changes in tension caused by changes in methods and parameters.
